Relay For Life – Manawatu is an event close to our hearts. This year is extra special: it’s the 20th anniversary here in the Manawatu – the longest running of all the Relay For Life events in New Zealand. The organisers have been taking advice from the Ministry of Heath all week. They’ve decided to continue and the EVENT IS GOING AHEAD.
Anyone feeling unwell is asked not to come down, this year. We love seeing you, and we love playing for you, but this time around, if you’re under the weather, let’s keep others at the forefront of our minds, because helping others is what Relay for Life is all about.
We’ll be on the stage at around 8:50 pm. See all you healthy people then.
